In this section, I am highlighting some of the job aids and infographics I designed.
I designed this job aid to help learning designers identify and use strategies and tools for analysis and evaluation of performance problems.
This job aid is one in a series of learning and performance support materials designed for customers and employees to learn how to use a new customer self-service portal.
I used this infographic to communicate with internal stakeholders the objectives and strategy for digital adoption (WalkMe). It effectively communicated how WalkMe will be used, which reduced email communication and meetings. I used InDesign to design this infographic.
I designed this job aid to support the new loan origination software implementation. It was provided to users to ensure that they complete the new loan origination steps in the new software. Many users printed this job aid out and had it available in their office or cubicle when completing loan origination. I used PowerPoint to design this job aid.
This graphic served as the cover page for the Pendo quarterly business review document. It provides an elegant introduction to the document. I used Illustrator to design this graphic.
I designed this graphic as part of a manufacturing training, primarily to serve as a banner image. I designed the graphic entirely in PowerPoint.
